Mike Haynes is an education leader and consultant with more than 30 years of experience in public education, including over 25 years in leadership roles as a superintendent, principal, and CEO of a regional educational service agency. Throughout his career, he has focused on supporting and empowering educators, strengthening systems, and expanding opportunities for all students.

Mike is the founder of impassionED LLC, through which he provides coaching and consulting services to school and district leaders. He also serves as an Associate with Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates, a national superintendent search and school leadership firm, and currently partners with the Michigan Association of Intermediate School Administrators (MAISA) as an implementation coach to support and inspire stronger literacy systems across the state. His work centers on helping organizations align strategy, build leadership capacity, and sustain meaningful improvement.
