At the heart of our organization is our love for educators. We believe that educators are the foundations to a healthy society. Our supports are deeply entrenched in the latest research and best practice from across all sectors, but they are tailored to and designed with educators in mind.
As an organization, we have had many of our nonprofit colleagues ask if we can support them as well. We know that there is also a crisis of burnout among our peers because as we seek to serve some of the most vulnerable and tackle some of the most impenetrable societal problems, we often forget to take care of ourselves and the cultures within our organizations.
